Let our experience work for you. We'll examine your current learning program and conduct a thorough needs assessment. We'll work with you to imagine your program's potential and outline the steps needed to get there. A single overview can point you in the right direction, but regular consultations will help keep your program relevant and engaging.
Consulting

Once a needs assessment has been conducted, we'll help you set goals for your program. You may want to build a single training simulation or design a more robust program, consisting of multiple courses. Whatever it is, we'll get you there. We'll work with your content experts to set learning goals and deliverables. We'll use your content and branding to design interactive ways for your learners to engage so that they get the most out of your program.
Course Design

If you've got an existing program (safety training or employee orientation, for example) it might be time to update the content or simply breathe some new life into it. Paper-based or instructor-led programs can be very effective, but they can also be very expensive to maintain - someone needs to organize and direct them each time they're run. This takes time, man power, as well as physical space. Moving your existing program to an online model addresses these issues and adds relevancy to your program's format.
Refurbishment

In addition to building your course, we're happy to handle the administrative components too. We're familiar with current learning management systems (LMS's) so we'll be able to get your program up and running. Once it's functioning in your company, if you decide that you'd like to take the wheel, we can train your new administrator to handle the load.
Management

By their very nature, eLearning programs are multi-media. But your program may need something extra-special, like a series of videos, a game component, motion graphics, voice recordings, an animated title screen, or an original soundtrack. We'll handle each element in-house so that your program maintains a consistent look and feel that compliment your brand.
